As ~LolaLux suggested for my SM cosplay as Naruto art series: Michiru (aka Sailor Neptune) as Kurenai! I think the forehead protector as a headband is a nice look on her. As some Naruto fans will notice, I didn't add the purple eyeshadow. Seriously, Michiru does seem ninja-like

For now, I'll hold off on the rest of the senshi cuz I'm gonna work on my Harry Potter tribute.

I think you're right, she uses a lot of white and other light colors so the eye shadow would've been much.
